The Simplex 4906-9127 is a TrueAlert multi-candela audible/visible notification appliance combining an electronic horn with a high-output xenon strobe in a red wall-mount housing. The 4906-9127 operates on SmartSync two-wire notification appliance circuits, allowing horn and strobe control to be managed independently on the same wire pair — on-until-silenced and on-until-reset operation are both supported without additional conductors.
Strobe intensity is field-selectable at 15, 30, 75, or 110 candela using a jumper at the rear of the housing, with a visible yellow flag indicator confirming the selected output. This reduces job-site inventory requirements when candela levels aren't finalized until inspection. The 4906-9127 horn produces a harmonically rich 24 VDC output compatible with Temporal Pattern or 60 BPM March Time activation.
