The Simplex 4905-9922 sync cube is a Class A synchronized flash module. “Style Z” denotes the Class A wiring. First, it adds strobe-sync control to circuits that lack it. As a result, compatible Simplex strobes flash in unison.
How the Simplex 4905-9922 sync cube works
The module provides a 2-wire synchronized strobe output. It drives compatible 24 VDC reverse-polarity notification appliances. Then it holds the flash rate at 1 Hz. In addition, it maintains supervision continuity on the circuit.
Compatibility and connections
This module works with Simplex 4006, 4008, 4100U, and 4010 fire alarm control panels. Also, it ships encapsulated with color-coded leads. Specifically, it has 8-inch (203 mm) in and out 18 AWG wire leads.
