The Gamewell 6100-0076 is a 20-foot standard RJ11 (6-pin modular) download cable for Gamewell-FCI fire alarm control panels. It connects a panel’s programming port to a laptop running the manufacturer’s configuration software.
First, plug the RJ11 end into the panel’s programming jack. Then, attach the other end to your programming adapter (typically the Gamewell-FCI 6100-0077 RJ11-to-DB9 serial converter, sold separately). As a result, the technician can program, diagnose, and capture event history from the panel on site.
