The Notifier DP-DISP is the top-row dress panel for an NFS-3030 or NFS-640 fire alarm cabinet. Specifically, it covers the cabinet row that holds the CPU2-3030D display assembly. The plate is black and ships ready to drop into the CAB-4 top tier.
What the Notifier DP-DISP does in the cabinet
First, the dress plate frames the CPU2-3030D primary display in its CAB-4 top row. Then, the plate’s two right-side bays accept either ACS annunciators or BMP-1 blank module plates. As a result, the installer ends a finished, even-faced front cabinet row.
The CPU2-3030D itself houses a 640-character backlit LCD with a QWERTY programming and control keypad. Therefore, the DP-DISP plays a visible role in any NFS-3030 or NFS-640 cabinet build.
