The Edwards 4-CAB24DRL is the red front door assembly for the EST4 3-CAB21B lobby enclosure. Specifically, it provides 24 user-interface spaces and is sized for the tallest of the three large lobby boxes.
First, the door is a two-piece assembly. Specifically, it pairs a red baked-enamel outer door with a black inner door. In addition, the inner door supports the EST4 control display modules and acts as a deadfront. As a result, field wiring stays protected during normal system operation.
Furthermore, the 3-CAB21B wallbox behind this door supports three 3-CHAS7 chassis. Therefore, the cabinet can hold up to 21 local rail modules in addition to the 24 user-interface positions on the door.
