The Eaton ELSBB-R is a red surface-mount back box for Eluxa-series LED notification appliances. It mounts the appliance on a finished or exposed wall.
Surface-mount back boxes give a clean enclosure for appliances installed where a recessed box is not practical. As a result, the ELSBB-R lets contractors mount an Eluxa strobe, horn/strobe, or chime/strobe on concrete, block, or finished drywall. In addition, the red color matches red Eluxa appliances.

Notes on Compatibility
The ELSBB-R is sized for Eluxa-series appliances. However, ceiling-mount Eluxa appliances use a different surface box. Furthermore, the white version of the same back box is the ELSBB-W — verify color and orientation against the appliance you are pairing it with.
