Edwards G1TR Genesis Trim Plate — Red
The Edwards G1TR is a red-finish Genesis Series trim plate. First, the plate covers oversized electrical-box openings behind a red Genesis appliance. As a result, the installer gets a clean finished surface around an undersized 1-gang appliance in an oversized opening.
In addition, the trim plate is purely mechanical. Therefore, it carries no standalone UL listing or electrical specification.

- Covers two-gang, four-inch square, four-inch octagonal, or European 100 mm square electrical-box openings
- Not required for standard 1-gang installs — the appliance mounts directly to a 1-gang box
- Compatible with the red Genesis Series: G1R, G1RF horn / strobe / horn-strobe / chime / chime-strobe

Choosing the right Genesis trim plate
First, confirm the appliance finish — red or white. Then, select the trim plate to match. Furthermore, choose a FIRE-marked plate when the appliance carries the FIRE label.
