The Kidde EVOLVE-SLC-500 is a dual-loop SLC expansion card for the Evolve Series fire alarm panel. It adds two device loops and 500 addresses to the EVOLVE-ML. First, each loop supports up to 125 detectors and 125 modules. As a result, the card doubles capacity in a single slot.

Both loops wire as Class A or Class B. Also, the card operates at 24 VDC. In addition, it installs in the EVOLVE-ML control panel. Therefore, you scale large systems without adding panels.
Loop specifications
Each fully loaded loop draws about 110 mA in standby and 151 mA in alarm. Furthermore, the communication line runs at a maximum of 21 volts peak-to-peak. Each loop also supports up to 64 isolators. Finally, the card works only with Kidde Commercial Evolve Series panels.
