The Notifier NFC-LOC is a FirstCommand Local Operator Console. It works with the NFC-50/100(E) Emergency Voice Evacuation panel. First, it extends the main console’s display and control to a remote location. As a result, staff can manage voice evacuation from more than one point in a building.
The NFC-LOC mirrors the NFC-50/100 main console interface. In addition, it includes a built-in microphone with a push-to-talk feature. Therefore, an operator can make ALL CALL pages from the remote console.
Notifier NFC-LOC features and control
The console provides messaging status and control of the NFC-50/100(E) primary operator console. Also, it offers fourteen programmable message buttons. As a result, an operator can activate all speaker circuits remotely. Furthermore, a keyed cabinet helps prevent unauthorized access.
The NFC-LOC draws its operating power from the main console. Specifically, it requires an external data bus, an external audio riser, and 24 VDC power. However, up to eight NFC-LOCs can connect to one NFC-50/100(E) console.
