The Notifier NFW-100X is an intelligent, addressable fire alarm control panel (FACP). It anchors the Notifier FireWarden Series and replaces the earlier NFW-100. First, it ships with a pre-installed IPOTS-COM communicator. As a result, it reports alarms over both a phone line (POTS) and the Internet (IP).
This panel fits applications once served only by conventional panels. However, it delivers full intelligent addressable performance. Therefore, installers gain precise device identification and faster programming.
Notifier NFW-100X capacity and communication
The NFW-100X supports one signaling line circuit (SLC). In addition, it handles up to 198 addressable devices. Specifically, that means 99 detectors and 99 modules. The SLC runs both FlashScan and CLIP protocols. Furthermore, it operates up to 10,000 feet in FlashScan mode.
Four programmable notification appliance circuits (NACs) are built in. Each supports Style Y (Class B) or Style Z (Class A) wiring. Also, optional CELL-MOD or CELL-CAB-N modules add cellular reporting. The panel works with SWIFT wireless devices too.
