Fire-Lite (SD365CO) Multi-criteria photoelectric, thermal, infra-red smoke & carbon monoxide detector; addressable; white

The Fire-Lite SD365CO is an addressable multi-criteria detector for fire and carbon monoxide. It combines four sensing technologies in one white plug-in sensor. Specifically, the device uses photoelectric smoke, infrared, fixed-temperature heat at 135°F (57.2°C), and electrochemical CO. As a result, the SD365CO catches real fires faster while rejecting nuisance triggers. In addition, it transmits a separate CO life-safety signal on the same SLC address.

The SD365CO works on Fire-Lite LiteSpeed SLC loops only. Therefore, it requires a LiteSpeed-compatible addressable panel. Each device uses one SLC address and supports up to 159 addresses on the loop. Also, two on-board LEDs report status under panel control. Furthermore, an output drives an optional remote LED annunciator (P/N RA100Z). For local audible notification, install the sensor in a B200S series sounder base.

Installation and addressing

First, wire the sensor base per the Fire-Lite base diagram. Then set the address with the two rotary dial switches on the sensor. Finally, install the sensor by pushing it into the base and turning it clockwise. The unit includes tamper-resistant capability that requires a tool for removal.
