The Siemens FSD901-R3 is a remote LED/LCD annunciator for the 50-point addressable FC901 Cerberus PRO panel. It shows existing system status in a red enclosure.
First, the FSD901-R3 connects directly to the FC901 fire alarm control panel. It uses a built-in RS-485 interface on the main board. As a result, technicians get real-time event data without a separate communications card.
Display and indicators
A 3.5″ × 1.5″ (8.9 × 3.8 cm) backlit LCD presents events in alphanumeric form. Each screen supports 182 characters across 7 lines. Furthermore, the screen scrolls to reveal additional events.
Dedicated LEDs cover the core system conditions. For example, separate indicators light for Power, Alarm, Trouble, Supervisory, and Ground Fault. In addition, status LEDs show when audible circuits are silenced.
Controls
Four system control buttons sit on the front, including Silence. Also, a keyed access switch prevents unauthorized operation of the controls.
