The Silent Knight PS-SATK-WP is a weatherproof single-action manual pull station. First, it triggers a fire alarm with one pull of the handle. As a result, it provides simple, reliable manual initiation outdoors.
Silent Knight PS-SATK-WP weatherproof design
A die-cast metal backbox and weatherproof gasket protect the station outdoors. In addition, the backbox is tapped for 1/2-inch conduit for surface mounting. Therefore, it withstands wet and exposed locations where indoor stations would fail.
Operation and wiring
The pulled handle locks in place and stays visible from up to 50 feet. Also, gold-plated contacts resist corrosion over time. The station uses an SPST switch and a terminal strip for wiring. Specifically, the contact closes on activation, rated 1 amp at 125 VAC or 30 VDC.
Specifications
The station measures 3-1/4″ wide, 2-1/4″ deep, and 4-3/4″ high. Furthermore, it ships with a scored acrylic break rod. Finally, UL tested it for ADA compliance.
