The Simplex 2088-9607 flush mount electromagnetic door holder operates on 24 VDC, 24 VAC, or 120 VAC with a current draw of 15 mA at rated voltage. Designed for low-profile applications where the magnet mounts flush to the wall, the 2088-9607 includes the magnet assembly, catch plate, decorative cover, and a 3″ (76 mm) chrome extension rod. Minimum holding force is 25 lbs. An internal full-wave rectifier provides switching transient suppression and enables both AC and DC operation. UL Listed to Standard 228 and CSFM Approved (Listing 3550-0026:232). ULC Listed models carry a “C” suffix (2088-9607C).
