The Simplex 4003-9811 is an 80-watt remote booster amplifier in a red cabinet. It extends 4003EC voice coverage to additional notification areas. Specifically, it drives one 80 W audio notification circuit.
What the Simplex 4003-9811 delivers
The amplifier provides one 80 W audio NAC plus two 2 A strobe NACs. An efficient Class D design keeps power use low. In addition, it accepts one 4003-9840 Class A/B splitter for audio NAC expansion. It also supports a local general-paging microphone.

The unit operates on 120 VAC, 60 Hz. Supervisory current is 120 mA. Alarm current reaches 10.1 A maximum, including a 500 mA auxiliary output. Furthermore, the internal charger supports sealed lead-acid batteries up to 33 Ah.
