The Simplex 4010-2504 is a Connected Services Gateway with on-board IP communicator for the 4010ES platform. It links a fire alarm panel to a central station and to Simplex SafeLINC cloud services.
First, the card installs in a 4010ES panel and reports through the building’s IP network. Then it provides a documented migration path from older SDACT (digital dialer) installations. As a result, sites can drop the POTS lines and move signaling onto IP.
The card uses one block of option block space on the host panel. Therefore, integrators should confirm option-block availability before ordering. Furthermore, the unit is compatible with 4100ES, 4010ES, and 4007ES systems.
