The Simplex 4010-9603 is a 4010ES addressable fire alarm control unit with IDNAC, in a red enclosure. It runs on 120 VAC and includes an LED annunciator. Specifically, it suits mid-range commercial systems that use addressable notification.
What the Simplex 4010-9603 provides
IDNAC technology powers and addresses notification appliances over the signaling line. As a result, strobes and horns need less dedicated NAC wiring. The panel also uses IDNet addressable communication for detectors and modules. In addition, the onboard LED annunciator shows point and zone status.
Interface and network
A 2×40 character LCD serves as the operator interface. An onboard Ethernet port supports external system communication. Furthermore, the 4010ES connects to Simplex ES Net and 4120 networks. The 4010ES is UL 864 listed as a fire alarm control unit.
