The Spectrex FS-1100 is a portable flame simulator for testing SharpEye flame detectors. First, it lets technicians confirm detector response without any real fire. Therefore, it makes routine inspections safe, fast, and repeatable.
The FS-1100 emits a controlled infrared pattern that detectors recognize as flame. As a result, it works with Spectrex 20/20 and 40/40 series flame detectors. In addition, an integrated laser pointer helps you aim precisely at the target detector.
Spectrex FS-1100 testing range and power
This simulator activates flame detectors at distances up to about 40 ft (12 m). Also, it runs on a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and ships with a case and charger. Furthermore, a single charge supports testing of many detectors before recharging.
