The Vesda VP-ELB-90 is a 90-degree elbow fitting for VESDA air sampling pipe networks. It joins two pipe runs at a right angle. As a result, installers route sampling pipe around corners and obstructions.
Vesda VP-ELB-90 details
This elbow uses durable CPVC construction. It accepts 3/4″ socket connections on both ends. Therefore it bonds directly to standard 3/4″ CPVC sampling pipe. In addition, the socket-to-socket design keeps joints sealed for reliable airflow.
Aspirating smoke detection depends on a sealed, correctly routed pipe network. First, the pipe carries air samples back to the detector. Then the detector analyzes that air for smoke. For that reason, quality fittings like this elbow matter.
