The Resideo (5140DLM) is a back-up phone line dialer module for commercial Ademco fire panels. First, it adds a second supervised dialer output to the host panel. Then, it keeps central-station reporting alive if the primary dialer is taken out of service.

The 5140DLM is purpose-built for the Ademco commercial fire panel family. For example, it pairs with the VISTA-128FBP, VISTA-250FBP, and VISTA-32FB control panels. As a result, the host panel can fail over to the secondary phone line automatically.
