The Ditek DTK-WM4NETS is a 4-channel wall-mount surge protector for shielded Ethernet and PoE circuits. Specifically, it protects four cable runs ahead of network switches or PoE injectors.

First, mount the unit to a wall near the cable entry. Then, terminate incoming shielded Ethernet runs on the IN ports and patch the OUT side to the switch. As a result, the DTK-WM4NETS clamps surges on both data and power pairs before they reach the network electronics.

Each channel pair is protected against 20 kA of surge current. In addition, the device handles up to 144 W of PoE load. Therefore, it suits PoE Plus and HiPoE installations powering modern outdoor cameras and access points.
