The Fire-Lite SEISKIT-COMMENC is a seismic battery-restraint kit. Specifically, it secures backup batteries inside the panel backbox. As a result, installers can meet seismic and structural-safety requirements for fire alarm power.
In addition, the kit is used with the Common backbox and Power Sonic batteries.
What Comes in the Fire-Lite SEISKIT-COMMENC Kit
The kit includes a battery bracket. Also, it ships with a battery strap sized for 12 AH and 7 AH batteries.
Furthermore, the kit includes the mounting hardware needed for the install. Specifically, it provides five #6-32 screws and four #6-32 keps nuts.
Therefore, the bracket secures to the backbox, and the strap then secures the batteries to the bracket.
