The Kidde D12LS-VM is a 12-group control/indicating display strip. Specifically, it installs in the Kidde VM-1 life safety control panel. As a result, operators get programmable switches and per-group status LEDs.
Each group on the strip includes two LEDs and one switch. First, a quad-color LED reports point or zone status. Then, a yellow LED supports an auxiliary indication. In addition, every group ships with a custom label area for site-specific text.
Kidde D12LS-VM Specifications
First, the strip carries 12 switches per module. Each switch has the paired quad-color and yellow LED. Then, the VM-1 control panel can host up to three D12LS-VM modules. Therefore, a fully populated panel offers up to 36 programmable groups.
Also, the D12LS-VM replaces preinstalled filler plates inside the panel. Furthermore, all switches and LEDs are fully programmable through the panel configuration tool.
