NOTIFIER (NZM-100-6) 6-Input (Class B) Or 3-Input (Class A) 2

The Notifier NZM-100-6 is a six-zone interface module. It connects conventional two-wire detection zones to an addressable system. First, it monitors up to six zones in Style B (Class B) wiring. Alternatively, it supports three zones in Style A (Class A) wiring.

This module works with the Notifier FireWarden Series signaling line circuit (SLC). As a result, each conventional zone gains a supervised address. Furthermore, it requires resettable 24 VDC power for the two-wire detectors.

Notifier NZM-100-6 wiring and mounting

A 3.9K end-of-line resistor supervises the NZM-100-6 circuit. Therefore, the panel detects faults on each monitored zone. In addition, you can mount one or two units in a BB-XP cabinet. Alternatively, mount up to six on a CHS-6 chassis in a CAB-3 or CAB-4 series cabinet.

This design folds legacy two-wire detectors into a FireWarden addressable panel. However, confirm compatible devices and quantities in the Notifier Device Compatibility Document.
