Siemens (RL-HW) Remote lamp-wall (part# 500-033310)

The Siemens RL-HW is a remote alarm lamp for wall mounting. Its Siemens part number is 500-033310.

First, the RL-HW provides a visible alarm-status indicator for an initiating device that you cannot see. For example, smoke detectors in false ceilings, under sub-floors, in unexposed HVAC ducts, in locked vaults, or inside computer consoles often hide from view. Therefore, the remote lamp marks the location so responders can identify which concealed detector activated.

The unit mounts on a standard 4-inch (10.2 cm) octagon outlet box. In addition, the lamp can sit up to 25 feet from the host detector. Furthermore, the wiring uses 14- to 18-gauge 3-conductor cable.
