RSG RMS-6T-EXP Explosion Proof Pull Station — DPDT Terminal Connection

The RSG RMS-6T-EXP explosion proof pull station is a DPDT terminal-block manual pull station built for hazardous locations. Specifically, the EXP suffix configures the station for Class I, II, and III hazardous environments. Furthermore, the heavy die-cast metal alloy housing contains potential arcs at the contacts.

First, the user pulls the handle down to activate the station. Then, the handle locks into the alarm position. As a result, the activation remains visible from up to 50 feet.

In addition, the DPDT contacts can wire as normally-open or normally-closed. However, hazardous-location installation requires NEC-compliant conduit and sealing fittings. Therefore, plan conduit runs and sealoffs per Article 500 before specifying.
