The RSG RMS-6T-EXP is a Double Pole Double Throw (DPDT) explosion proof manual pull station with terminal connection from the RSG/Aames Security RMS Series. Engineered for hazardous locations where flammable gases, vapors, or combustible dust may be present, this station meets the rigorous requirements for explosion proof fire alarm devices.
Explosion proof rated — suitable for Class I and Class II hazardous locations including petrochemical facilities, refineries, grain elevators, and industrial plants with explosive atmospheres.

The RSG RMS-6T-EXP explosion-proof manual pull station is listed and labeled for use in Class I, Division 1 and Division 2 hazardous locations as defined by NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) Article 500. Suitable for installation in areas where flammable gases, vapors, or combustible dust may be present — including petrochemical facilities, paint spray booths, grain handling facilities, and industrial processing plants. Meets UL 38 requirements for manually actuated signaling boxes and NFPA 72 requirements for manual fire alarm initiating devices in hazardous locations. Installation must be performed by a licensed contractor familiar with NEC hazardous location requirements.
