SigCom MNS-100BAS 100W Voice Evacuation System Panel with Speaker Circuits, Back-up Battery and Power Supply
The SigCom MNS-100BAS is a modular, state-of-the-art emergency communications system designed for voice evacuation applications. It provides reliable, configurable mass communication for fire, weather, and other emergency situations. The MNS-100BAS meets NFPA 72, UL864 9th Edition, and UFC 4-021-01 requirements.
The MNS-100BAS integrates with virtually any host alarm system, connecting easily to a single NAC output from the FACP. Pre-set configurations deliver mass notification capability right out of the box. Activation is via a single supervised dry contact input or up to 8 dry contact closures.
Audio Inputs & Flexibility
- Supervised remote microphone for central emergency personnel placement
- High-priority supervised audio input that overrides lower-priority activations
- 25 VRMS speaker-level input for audio power booster operation
- Non-supervised audio input for paging or background music
Amplifier & Speaker Circuits
- 100-watt Class D digital audio amplifier
- 4 selectable power-limited speaker circuits (Class A or B wiring)
- All speaker circuits continuously supervised, even while activated
- Amplifier output: 25 VRMS standard; optional 70 VRMS with transformer
Power & Control
- Internal power supply, battery back-up, and battery charger
- LED indicators: POWER (green), ACTIVE (red), SYSTEM FAULT (yellow)
- RS-232 or RS-485 communication with external systems
- Field-programmable 10-minute timeout for message playback
