The Simplex 4010-9501 is a 240 V, red 4010ES fire alarm control unit for international and dual-voltage projects. First, the 240 V input handles 230/240 V AC mains directly. In addition, the panel uses the same modular architecture as the 120 V 4010-9403. Therefore, it suits export, marine, and Canadian dual-voltage applications.
4010ES Platform Carries Over
The 4010-9501 keeps every core 4010ES feature. Specifically, it provides the integrated CPU, power supply, and 2×40 character LCD. As a result, training and service procedures match the 120 V variants. Furthermore, an onboard Ethernet port speeds programming and diagnostics through the laptop interface.
240 V Input Distinction
This SKU ships configured for 240 V AC primary mains. However, sites on 120 V North American service should specify the 4010-9403. Also, projects that need IDNAC notification should review the 4010-9601 family.
Network and Expansion Capability
The 4010-9501 accepts standard 4010ES option cards. Then, the optional 4010-9922 network interface card joins the panel to a 4120 network. In addition, the SDACT, city, and remote annunciator modules drop in as needed. Therefore, the panel scales from standalone to networked operation without a hardware swap.
