Simplex 4098-9842 Control Station
The Simplex 4098-9842 control station is a remote control point for Simplex fire alarm systems. It works with stand alone duct detectors and other addressable devices. Staff can silence, reset, and acknowledge alarms right from the unit. They do not need to walk back to the main fire alarm control panel.
The 4098-9842 mounts in a standard electrical enclosure. It connects to the Simplex TrueAlarm addressable loop. The panel watches each supervised input around the clock. Large sites often use this device for a handy local control point near critical areas like server rooms, kitchens, or air handlers.
