SIMPLEX (4100-1293) Panel Mount Printer
The 4100-1293 Panel-Mounted Printer is designed for use with the 4100/4100U/4100ES Fire Alarm System. It generates hard copy reports of the master control panel’s output and ensures compliance with proprietary operation (formerly NFPA 72D). This thermal, dot matrix printer displays 20 lines of print with a column width of 40 characters. It is capable of printing variable output formats on standard 2.350-inch wide thermal paper.
No adjustments to the default switch or jumper settings are needed for the panel-mounted printer. It automatically detects the data interface and generates the appropriate output. The serial interface settings are pre-configured at the factory and stored in the printer’s firmware. The default serial interface settings are: 9600 baud, no parity, 8 data bits, and 1 stop bit.
