The American Time U55BAAA533 is a 12-inch round AllSync Plus retrofit clock. It replaces the Simplex 6310-9233 in commercial master clock systems. The semi-flush mounting profile matches the original Simplex housing.
This unit retrofits into the original Simplex 6310-9233 footprint. As a result, you keep the existing wall opening and trim. In addition, the AllSync Plus movement accepts hourly correction signals from a compatible Simplex master clock.
How the American Time U55BAAA533 Works
First, the master clock issues periodic correction signals over the clock circuit. Then, the AllSync Plus movement reads those signals and aligns the displayed time. As a result, every clock in the facility shows the same time at the top of each hour. Specifically, the design corrects slow clocks forward and holds fast clocks for the master.

Important Compatibility Notes
Simplex master clock systems span multiple generations and sync conventions. For example, some use 24V impulse, others use 24VAC 3-wire sync, and newer systems use addressable communication. Therefore, confirm your master clock’s voltage and sync format before ordering. Also, the AllSync Plus retrofit uses a voltage jumper that must be set to match your circuit.
