The System Sensor SPSRL-BP10 is a red, wall-mount speaker strobe for fire alarm systems. It ships as a bulk pack of 10 units. Furthermore, each appliance pairs an audible speaker with a synchronized strobe. As a result, it provides both voice or tone signaling and visual notification.

First, the strobe offers field-selectable candela settings. Specifically, installers can select 15, 30, 75, 95, 110, 135, or 185 cd. Then the speaker provides selectable power taps of 1/4, 1/2, 1, and 2 watts. In addition, it operates at 25 V or 70.7 V. Also, the speaker covers a 400 to 4000 Hz frequency range.
The red lens marks the device for fire notification use. Moreover, the strobe flashes once per second for clear visual signaling. Therefore, technicians can synchronize multiple appliances on a circuit.
Listings and mounting
The speaker is listed to UL 1480, while the strobe is listed to UL 1971. In addition, the unit mounts to standard wall back boxes. It is rated for indoor use from 32 F to 120 F.
