The Eaton ESB-KIT-R is a red trim plate kit for the Wheelock Exceder LED series of fire alarm notification appliances. It is a Wheelock-genuine surface-mount accessory that finishes the look of a wall-mounted Exceder LED strobe or horn-strobe.
Specifically, the kit lets the Exceder LED appliance mount cleanly to a wall surface where a standard back-box installation is not practical. As a result, the device sits flush against drywall with a polished finished edge. In addition, the trim covers the cutout and hardware on the wall behind the appliance.
The ESB-KIT-R color matches the standard red Exceder LED appliances. For white Exceder LED appliances, use the matching ESB-KIT-W. Therefore, the visible finish of the installation remains uniform across all notification appliances on the run.
