The System Sensor B110LP base is a low-profile, 2-wire detector base. It serves 100 Series plug-in smoke detectors. First, it provides the mounting and wiring point for a compatible head. In addition, it operates on 12/24 VDC fire alarm circuits.
System Sensor B110LP base compatibility
This base accepts common System Sensor heads. For example, it fits the 2151 photoelectronic and 1151 ionization detectors. Also, it works with models such as the 1451, 2451, 2451TH, and 5451. Therefore, it suits both new installs and retrofits.
Installation details
- Screw terminals for power, ground, and an optional RA100Z remote annunciator
- Mounts to 3-1/2″ and 4″ octagon boxes and 4″ square boxes
- Installs with or without plaster rings
- 6.2″ diameter when fitted with a detector
- 120 uA standby current
The flanged design covers the box edge cleanly. As a result, it gives a finished look on ceilings and walls. Furthermore, the low profile keeps the assembly close to the mounting surface.
