The Honeywell EPS40EXP is an explosion-proof alarm pressure switch. Specifically, it signals when sprinkler water flow generates a 40 PSI pressure event. As a result, it provides supervisory signaling in hazardous locations.
The EPS40EXP houses two SPDT (Form C) contacts. Therefore, two independent circuits can act on a single pressure event. In addition, the rugged cast aluminum housing meets NEMA 4 for wet environments.
