The Notifier NH-200H is a low-profile intelligent addressable fixed-temperature thermal heat detector with a 190°F (88°C) alarm threshold. Specifically, it works with Notifier FireWarden Series fire alarm control panels on the FlashScan protocol. As a result, FireWarden installs gain a high-temperature heat sensor for areas where ordinary detectors would nuisance-alarm.
This detector ships with the B300-6 6-inch flanged low-profile mounting base included. Therefore, no separate base purchase is required for a standard install. In addition, the rotary decimal switches on the body set the SLC address. Furthermore, two LEDs blink red on every poll and latch steady red on alarm. As a result, techs get a clear visual indication during testing and event response.
Notifier NH-200H specifications

- Protocol: FlashScan only (per LSC product spec)
- Compatible panels: Notifier FireWarden Series FACPs
- Operating voltage: 15 to 32 VDC from the SLC
- Standby current: 200 µA at 24 VDC
- Maximum “ON” current: 4.5 mA at 24 VDC
- Addressing: rotary decimal switches (Point ID)
- Indicators: two LEDs — blink red on poll, latch steady red on alarm
- Test: external magnet for local functional test
- Color: white (NH-200H); ivory variant is NH-200H-IV
- Base included: B300-6 6-inch flanged low-profile mounting base
Typical use
The 190°F threshold suits high-ambient spaces. For example, mechanical rooms, attics, kitchens near cooking equipment, and boiler rooms benefit from this heat detector. Also, the NH-200H replaces the legacy NH-100 series in older FireWarden installations.
