The Protectowire PM-3C is a pair of nylon pipe-mounting straps. First, they secure Protectowire linear heat detection cable to piping. Also, each pack includes two single-loop straps sized for 4-inch to 6-inch pipe.
The straps are made of black, weather-resistant 6/6 nylon. Therefore, they hold up indoors and outdoors. In addition, they support a temperature range from -40°F to 185°F.

First, loop each strap around the pipe to position the detector cable. As a result, the sensing cable follows the pipe run securely. Furthermore, the simple loop design keeps installation fast and repeatable.
