RSG RMS-6T-GCS DPDT Pull Station with Gold Contacts

The RSG RMS-6T-GCS is a DPDT terminal-block pull station with Gold-Contact Switching. Specifically, the GCS suffix replaces standard contacts with gold-plated low-current contacts. Furthermore, the DPDT contacts support low-current signaling circuits.

First, the user pulls the lever to activate the alarm. Then, the gold contacts close cleanly at low current. As a result, the station works reliably with low-voltage IDC inputs.

In addition, gold contacts resist oxidation across long dwell periods. However, GCS is a low-current option — not a high-current power-switching upgrade. Therefore, specify GCS for signaling inputs, not for direct load switching.

RSG RMS-6T-GCS Option Detail

The GCS option pairs the station with gold-plated contacts for low-current signaling. Furthermore, the DPDT switch supports two independent contact circuits. As a result, the station drives clean closures at low IDC supervision currents.
