The Simplex 4010-9401 is a 4010ES addressable fire alarm control unit in a red enclosure. It runs on 120 VAC. Specifically, it serves mid-range commercial fire detection and notification systems.
What the Simplex 4010-9401 provides
The 4010ES uses IDNet addressable communication for detectors and modules. A 2×40 character LCD provides the operator interface. In addition, an onboard Ethernet port supports external system communication. The panel also archives system data to onboard storage.

The 4010ES connects to Simplex ES Net and 4120 fire alarm networks. As a result, multiple panels can share status across a facility. Furthermore, the 4010ES is UL 864 listed as a fire alarm control unit.
