Resideo VISTA-128BPT Commercial Burglary Alarm Control Panel
The Resideo VISTA-128BPT is Honeywell’s commercial burglary control panel. It scales to 128 hardwired zones across 8 independent partitions. As a result, one panel supervises an entire small-to-mid-size commercial building.
The 128BPT is UL listed for commercial burglary and residential fire. However, it is not UL 864 listed for commercial fire alarm — that variant is the VISTA-128FBP.

Where the VISTA-128BPT Fits
Use the 128BPT for commercial burglary jobs that need partitioning. For example, multi-tenant retail and office floors run each suite as its own partition. As a result, tenants arm and disarm independently from one shared panel.
The V-Plex polling loop scales zones via two-wire bus rather than home-runs. Also, the 5800-series wireless receivers add up to 127 wireless zones for retrofit work. In addition, the panel supports access-control modules for combined intrusion and access deployments.
Resideo VISTA-128BPT vs. VISTA-128FBP
The 128BPT and 128FBP share the same physical architecture. However, the FBP variant adds UL 864 commercial fire listing. Therefore, choose the 128BPT for burglary-only or burglary-plus-residential-fire installations. For commercial fire alarm requirements, specify the VISTA-128FBP instead.
