The Hochiki LA203H1-10 is a FireNET L@titude analog addressable fire alarm control panel. It ships with 2 SLCs and supports expansion up to 8 loops.

First, the part number decodes as a 4-slot Plex-Door enclosure, English language, and a 10.25 A power supply. Then the H1 code adds one dual-loop module running Hochiki protocol. As a result, the LA203H1-10 starts with 2 loops and can grow by adding more S758 dual-loop modules.

What’s Included in the LA203H1-10

The base configuration provides 2 SLCs, no network module, and no Media Gateway communicator. Specifically, the panel is the LA203H1-10 variant per Hochiki’s part-number key. In addition, the red 4-slot Plex-Door enclosure ships with no printer and no zone-LED module.

Furthermore, the panel uses a 7-inch full-color touch screen for the user interface. Therefore, operators get an intuitive event log and control workflow.

Power and Battery Capacity

Also, the included 10.25 A power supply charges up to 100 Ah of standby batteries. Specifically, the standard cabinet accepts up to 28 Ah (Power Sonic PS-12280). However, deeper cabinets accept up to 40 Ah for longer standby runtimes.

Standby and Alarm Current

Furthermore, the L@titude control board draws 350 mA standby and 450 mA alarm. The 10.25 A power supply itself draws 80 mA. As a result, system designers can calculate battery sizing from the published per-module current draws.
