The DSC LC-L1ST is a swivel mounting bracket for DSC LC-series indoor motion detectors. It supports both wall and ceiling installation, giving the installer freedom to position the detector.
First, the bracket adds a ±45° swivel adjustment around the detector head. As a result, the installer can fine-tune the field of view to match the room geometry. Furthermore, the same bracket part covers both wall and ceiling orientations.
LC-series detectors are intrusion/burglary PIRs. Therefore, the LC-L1ST is a security accessory — not a fire alarm component.

Important Application Note
The LC-L1ST is an intrusion-detector mounting bracket. Therefore, do not use it on fire alarm initiating devices. For fire detector accessories, use parts listed for the fire panel and detector being installed.
