The KIDDE COMMERCIAL MPSR2-SHTW-GE-NYW is a double-action weatherproof manual pull station from the Kidde MPSR Series. Specifically, it is the SPST contact, hex-screw-reset model with terminal connections. The -NYW suffix denotes the New York City–approved variant for use under NYC DOB / FDNY rules.
