The Hochiki HPS-SAH-WP is a weatherproof single-action manual pull station. First, it consists of a die-cast aluminum back box, a neoprene sealing gasket, and a special manual fire alarm box. As a result, it stands up to wet outdoor conditions where a standard indoor station would fail.
Furthermore, the station has a latching pull-down lever that requires a hex key to reset. Therefore, only authorized personnel can reset it, which helps the responding tech trace the origin of the alarm.
