The Siemens OD-BP is an outer-door blank plate for Siemens CAB2 and CAB3 fire alarm cabinet systems. It covers an unused row on the outer door.
First, the OD-BP mounts directly to the cabinet’s outer door. Then, 10-32 nuts (provided with the plate) secure it in place. As a result, technicians can close unused enclosure rows without leaving open gaps.
Construction of the Siemens OD-BP
The OD-BP is fabricated from 15-gauge (0.060″) galvanneal steel. Furthermore, the OD-BP ships in a black finish. For a red finish, order the OD-BP-R variant instead.
Compatible cabinets
The OD-BP fits the Siemens CAB2 (two-row) and CAB3 (three-row) outer doors. Specifically, it is part of the FireFinder XLS and Cerberus PRO Modular enclosure-accessory family.
