The Simplex 565-368 is a replacement standard slave board designed for the Simplex 4020 fire alarm control panel. The 565-368 is part of the 4020 Board Compatibility Group 2 and must only be used with other Group 2 boards—it is not interchangeable with boards from Group 1 or other groupings. The complete Group 2 board set consists of: Master Controller 565-325, Power Supply Interface 565-256, Standard Slave Board 565-368 (or alternate 566-759), and Power Supply 636-341. The 565-368 board assembly ships in a 12.5″ × 12″ × 12″ box and weighs approximately 8 lbs.
If your 4020 system uses different master controller or power supply interface numbers, your panel is a different compatibility group and requires different replacement boards. Verify your existing board part numbers before ordering.
