The STI STI-7520 is a NEMA 4X polycarbonate protective cabinet with a key lock. First, it shields fire alarm equipment from vandalism, weather, dust, and accidental impact. Therefore, installers rely on it to protect annunciators, control panels, and other sensitive devices.
STI builds the cabinet from tough polycarbonate, the same material used in football helmets. As a result, it resists breakage far better than glass or thin plastic. In addition, the frosted polycarbonate back box keeps the enclosed equipment discreet yet accessible.
STI STI-7520 features and protection
The cabinet ships complete with mounting hardware and a gasket. Also, a keyed lock secures the door against unauthorized access. Furthermore, the polycarbonate construction performs across a wide temperature range, typically -40°F to 250°F.
