The System Sensor OSY2 is an outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) valve supervisory switch. It monitors the open position of an OS&Y gate valve. As a result, the fire alarm panel is alerted whenever the valve is moved off-normal.
The OSY2 mounts to most OS&Y valves from 1 to 12 inches. In addition, an adjustable actuator removes the need to cut the shaft. A single side conduit entrance also simplifies wiring.

Tamper-resistant cover screws help prevent unauthorized access. Therefore, the OSY2 supports reliable, supervised valve monitoring. Furthermore, a durable terminal block protects the switch connections.
