The Siemens SEH-MC-W combines a fire alarm speaker and a high-candela strobe in one white wall appliance. First, the speaker delivers clear voice notification. Then the synchronized strobe adds high-intensity visual signaling. As a result, the SEH-MC-W alerts occupants by sound and sight together.
This ‘SE’ series appliance is the Hi Multi-Candela model. Therefore, its strobe offers field-selectable settings of 135 or 185 candela for wall mount. The speaker operates on 25 or 70 VRMS circuits. In addition, power taps range from 1/8 watt to 2 watts.

The strobe synchronizes through Siemens addressable panels, FireFinder XLS/V panels, PAD-3 or PAD-4 NAC extenders, and DSC modules. Also, the unit mounts flush to a standard 4-inch square box. In/Out screw terminals accept #12 to #18 AWG wire. Furthermore, a snap-on grille gives a clean finish.
