The RSG RMS-1P-KO is a Key Operated (KO) institutional manual pull station. A key replaces the standard pull lever, restricting activation to staff who carry it.
First, the KO configuration is widely used in schools, correctional facilities, and behavioral-health units. Specifically, it prevents nuisance pulls in high-traffic public areas. As a result, the station only activates when an authorized key is inserted and turned.
In addition, the device retains the SPST 10 A snap-action switch and pigtail leads. Furthermore, the die-cast housing matches the rest of the RMS line for back-box and accessory fit.
